The surfboard design software has been designed purely from a shaper's perspective. The software is free and very user-friendly. You can download the software from AKU Shaper
The shaping machine features:

- no blank distortion due to unique holding mechanism
- handles max 12' blanks on standard machines
- handles max 30" wide blanks
- easily adjustable for different blank sizes
- 3 surfboards per hour with standard finish
- can cut flat, v, convex, concave, wings, stinger and so on...
- flush stringer cut
- board finish over 95%
- rail can be cut to 98% (slight bottom edge is left)
